    In our Kaizen workshops you and your employees learn how many little changes can lead to substantial results. Kaizen originates in Japan and stands for steady improvement that happens when every single person involved contributes. The Kaizen management method entails continuous questioning of your tasks and activities. Therefore, it stands synonymously for different concepts and approaches of a continuous improvement process (CIP) as a part of Lean management.

    Typical designs we teach in our Kaizen workshops are e.g.:

    PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to jump-start improvement processes; the application of the Genkin-butso (“Go to the source”) principle, which evaluates processes on-site and immediately implements changes; the 5s (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain).
